Dr. Limbaugh is a general adult psychiatrist who treats a wide variety of mental health conditions. She completed her undergraduate education at The University of Texas at Austin in the Plan II Honors program and obtained her MD at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. She then completed her residency in general adult psychiatry at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA, during which she served as Chief Resident of Outpatient Psychiatry and completed the Psychotherapy Track.
While at Emory, she completed advanced training in women’s mental health, psychodynamic psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy for OCD. Dr. Limbaugh also completed 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) and enjoys integrating her knowledge of yoga and meditation into her treatment plans.
Her particular interests include mood and anxiety disorders, women’s mental health, ADHD, OCD, and life transitions.

Dr. Limbaugh’s approach to mental health is holistic and comprehensive. She strives to understand each patient as a whole person beyond their symptoms and diagnoses, and her treatment recommendations often include a combination of medications, psychotherapy, and lifestyle interventions.
