Psychiatry & Psychotherapy in Bethesda, MD
I’m so glad you’re here.
Whether you’re overwhelmed by the stressors of this current moment, struggling with feelings of sadness or worry, or feeling frustrated that despite seeking care, you’re still not feeling well — I’m here to help.
I offer a physician-led alternative to the impersonal, rushed, and AI-driven models that are gaining traction in mental health care. I’m here to listen without judgment, work to understand you in all your complexities, and offer personalized treatment recommendations.
My approach is integrative, drawing on a nuanced understanding of both medication management and psychotherapy. I work with each patient to find the most effective medication regimen at the lowest possible dose, avoiding unnecessary medications wherever possible.
I work with adults in the DMV, offering in-person appointments in downtown Bethesda, MD and virtual appointments in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
